As your doula, I will...
meet with you and your partner for a free consultation.
come to you for 2 prenatal appointments to go over and help prepare a birth plan, discuss your wishes and check in on your pregnancy.
be on call 24/7 from 2 weeks before birth, to 2 weeks after birth, to support you during this special time.
come to you when labor begins and you are ready for me. I stay with you, providing continuous support through birth.
provide emotional and physical support during your labor and birth. I will support your birth partner.
be your advocate and provide evidence-based resources.
help ensure your baby is latched on properly and feeding is off to a good start.
visit in early postpartum to help address any issues with breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum healing.

Scheduled and billed on an hourly basis with a 2 hour minimum.

Fees
Birth Doula Services start at $1500. This includes, 2 prenatal visits, continuous labor support, and 1 postpartum visit.
Postpartum Doula Services are $50/hour.
